Klaviyo Marketing Agency

As a specialist Klaviyo marketing agency, we help eCommerce brands generate consistent, predictable revenue from the list they already own. Klaviyo is not a side platform for us. It is where the flows, the segmentation and the reporting behind more than $30M in attributed email revenue were built, and every before and after screenshot on this site is pulled straight out of a client account rather than rebuilt in a reporting tool.

Our approach uses lifecycle flows, behavioural segmentation and purchase data to put the right message in front of the right customer at the moment they are most likely to act. That is the whole discipline in one sentence, and Klaviyo is unusually good at it because it holds the order history, the browsing behaviour and the messaging in the same place.

Most accounts we inherit are using a fraction of what they are already paying for. The flows exist but stop at the first email. The segments are three broad lists instead of behaviour driven audiences. The data is flowing in and nothing is being done with it. Closing that gap is usually the fastest revenue available to a 7 or 8 figure store.

Klaviyo Email Agency

Account structure, data and deliverability handled properly, so the sending actually compounds.

Operating as a performance driven Klaviyo email agency means starting with the account itself rather than the calendar. Before a single campaign goes out we look at how the data is coming in, whether the integration is passing the events Klaviyo needs, how the list has been segmented historically, and what the sending reputation looks like. Those four things decide the ceiling on everything that follows, and they are the four things most brands have never audited.

What separates a Klaviyo email agency from someone simply operating the tool is what happens with customer data. Purchase frequency, average order value, product affinity, time since last order, browsing behaviour and engagement recency are all sitting in the account already. Used properly they let you send more often to the people who want to hear from you and less often to the people who do not, which raises revenue and protects deliverability at the same time. Most accounts do the opposite by default.

Our services run end to end: account setup or migration, flow architecture, campaign management, segmentation, deliverability, and reporting that ties back to revenue rather than opens. We work alongside your existing team so Klaviyo supports the wider marketing plan, integrates cleanly with the rest of your stack, and keeps scaling as the business grows.

Klaviyo Email Marketing Services

Strategy, flow architecture, campaign management, segmentation and reporting.

Our Klaviyo email marketing services exist to turn the platform into a genuine revenue instrument rather than a newsletter tool. The first step is always the same: understanding your customer base, your catalogue, your margins and what is already stored in the account. Nothing gets built before that, because a flow written without knowing repeat purchase intervals or contribution margin is a guess with a send button attached.

From there we build the automated layer. Abandoned cart and browse abandonment, welcome series, post purchase, replenishment, win back and VIP journeys, each mapped to how your customers actually buy rather than lifted from a generic playbook. On one account, rebuilding the flow layer alone took automated revenue from $234,099 to $635,737 a month, and moved flows from 61 percent of attributed revenue to 77 percent.

The campaign layer runs on top. A calendar planned around your promotional cycles and inventory, segmented so that the same message is not going to your entire list, and tested continuously. On a sports brand with no campaign strategy at all, adding one took campaign revenue up 889.9 percent and campaigns to 42.38 percent of attributed revenue inside four months.

Reporting closes the loop. You get attribution, flow and campaign splits, and revenue per recipient rather than a screenshot of an open rate. Continuous testing and optimisation are what let the programme keep scaling as the store grows, instead of plateauing the moment the initial build is finished.

Under The Hood

Klaviyo Expert Agency

Past the templates and the default flows, into the data model itself.

Within the Klaviyo ecosystem we operate as a Klaviyo expert agency, which in practice means working past the default flow library and into how the account actually stores and fires events. Understanding the data model, custom properties, event tracking and conditional logic at a granular level is what allows a flow to respond to real customer behaviour instead of a rough approximation of it.

That is the difference between a cart flow that treats a $400 abandoned cart the same as a $30 one, and a system that branches on cart value, product category, customer lifetime value and whether this is a first or fifth purchase. The first is a template. The second is an asset, and it is where the compounding comes from.

Deliverability sits in the same bucket. Sending reputation, authentication, list hygiene and engagement based suppression are managed continuously rather than treated as an emergency when the inbox placement drops. A clean list that receives relevant mail is the cheapest and most durable deliverability strategy there is, and it is largely a segmentation problem rather than a technical one.

Whether you want your existing account improved or an entirely new structure built from scratch, the objective is the same: a Klaviyo account that produces measurable revenue and keeps producing it as the business scales.

Scalable Performance

Klaviyo Growth Agency

Klaviyo treated as a growth engine, not a sending platform.

Focused on scalable performance, we operate as a Klaviyo growth agency, which means the goal is not a tidy account, it is a bigger business. Retention, repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value are the levers, and Klaviyo is where they get pulled. Every automation we deploy exists to bring a customer back sooner, spend more when they do, or stay subscribed long enough to be worth reaching again.

This matters more as acquisition gets more expensive. Paid channels cost more the harder you push them. Retention moves the other way, because the flows built this quarter keep earning next year with no additional spend attached, and the list compounds while the ad account does not. A store at 20 percent email attribution and a store at 38 percent are running very different businesses on identical traffic.

The framework is straightforward: plan against a revenue target, deploy, measure honestly, and optimise on what the data says rather than what the calendar says. That produces permanent infrastructure that grows alongside the brand, instead of a burst of activity that fades the moment attention moves elsewhere. Across the accounts on this site, that approach has put email and SMS between 30 and 40 percent of total revenue.

FAQs

Klaviyo Email Marketing FAQs

The Klaviyo questions we get asked most often on audit calls.

What is Klaviyo email marketing?
Klaviyo is a marketing platform built specifically for eCommerce, which means it stores your customers' order history, browsing behaviour and engagement alongside the messaging itself. Klaviyo email marketing is using that data to send automated and scheduled messages triggered by what a customer actually does, rather than blasting the same newsletter to everyone. That behavioural link is why it consistently outperforms generic email tools for online stores.
Which Klaviyo metrics actually matter for an eCommerce brand?
Attributed revenue as a percentage of total store revenue is the one that matters most, and for healthy 7 and 8 figure brands it sits between 30 and 40 percent. After that: revenue per recipient, the split between flow and campaign revenue, repeat purchase rate, and list growth net of unsubscribes. Open rate is a useful diagnostic and a terrible goal, particularly since Apple Mail Privacy Protection made it unreliable. If a report leads with opens, it is hiding something.
How does Klaviyo integrate with eCommerce platforms like Shopify?
Klaviyo has a native Shopify integration that syncs customers, orders, products and browsing events, usually within minutes of connecting. It works with WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Magento too. The integration existing is not the same as the integration being set up correctly, though. A large share of the accounts we audit are missing key events, have duplicate profiles, or never enabled the tracking that makes browse abandonment possible, which quietly caps what the flows can do.
How often should eCommerce brands send Klaviyo campaigns?
For most 7 and 8 figure stores, two to four campaigns a week works, but frequency is the wrong question on its own. What matters is who receives each one. Sending four times a week to a properly segmented list produces more revenue and fewer unsubscribes than sending twice a week to everybody, because each person only sees the messages relevant to them. Increase frequency and segmentation together and both numbers improve. Increase frequency alone and you burn the list.
Which Klaviyo flows are essential for an eCommerce brand?
Six carry most of the revenue: welcome series, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post purchase, win back, and a VIP or loyalty track for your highest value customers. Replenishment matters enormously if you sell consumables. Beyond the list, what separates a good flow layer from an average one is branching. Cart value, product category, customer lifetime value and purchase number should all change what the customer receives, rather than everyone getting the same three emails.
Is Klaviyo better for email or SMS marketing?
Email carries the volume and the bulk of the revenue. SMS is the highest urgency channel available, which makes it excellent for launches, restocks and closing windows, and poor for anything routine. The real advantage of running both inside Klaviyo is coordination: the same profile, the same segments and the same suppression rules, so a customer does not receive an email and a text about the same promotion within an hour of each other.
Can you migrate us to Klaviyo from another platform?
Yes, and migration is a normal part of the work. The important part is protecting sending reputation through the switch rather than starting from zero on a new domain and watching inbox placement collapse. That means warming properly, moving engaged segments first, and rebuilding the flow logic rather than importing broken versions of it. Done carefully a migration is a good moment to fix the account structure problems that were limiting the old platform anyway.
Do we need to be on a specific Klaviyo plan?
No. Klaviyo prices on the number of profiles you are storing and sending to, so the plan follows your list size rather than the other way around. One thing worth knowing: you are billed for profiles whether or not they ever open anything, so a list full of people who have not engaged in two years is costing you money and dragging your sending reputation down at the same time. Cleaning it usually pays for itself immediately.
