Omnisend Marketing Agency

As a specialist Omnisend marketing agency, we help eCommerce brands turn the platform into a dependable revenue channel rather than a place newsletters go to die. Omnisend is genuinely strong at what it does, particularly for stores that want email, SMS and push coordinated in one place without stitching three tools together, and it is meaningfully cheaper to run at scale than the alternatives.

Our proof here is not theoretical. One supplement brand was watching store revenue fall, with Omnisend contributing 23.3% of it. After rebuilding the automation layer, tightening segmentation and putting a real campaign calendar in place, Omnisend was producing €237,949 a month at 36.2% of total store revenue, while store revenue itself climbed 57.7% from €416,357 to €656,666.

Most Omnisend accounts we inherit are running two or three default automations and sending the same campaign to the entire contact list. The platform is capable of far more than that, and closing the gap between what it can do and what it is being asked to do is usually the fastest revenue available.

Omnisend Email Agency

Segmentation, automation and deliverability handled properly, so the sending compounds instead of plateauing.

Operating as an Omnisend email agency means starting with the account rather than the calendar. Before anything is scheduled we look at how the store data is syncing, which events Omnisend is actually receiving, how contacts have been segmented historically, and what the sending reputation looks like. Those four things set the ceiling on everything that follows, and they are almost never audited.

The advantage Omnisend has is that email, SMS and push all live in the same automation builder, sharing the same contact record and the same suppression logic. Used properly that means a customer in an abandoned cart sequence can receive an email, then a text only if the email went unopened, without two separate tools duplicating the message. Used carelessly it means the same person gets hit three times in an afternoon on three channels, which is how brands train customers to unsubscribe.

Our work runs end to end: account setup or migration, automation architecture, campaign management, segmentation, deliverability and reporting tied back to revenue rather than opens. We work alongside your existing team so Omnisend supports the wider marketing plan and keeps scaling as the store grows.

End To End

Omnisend Email Marketing Services

Strategy, automation architecture, campaign management, segmentation and reporting.

Our Omnisend email marketing services exist to make the platform a genuine revenue instrument. The first step is always understanding your customer base, your catalogue, your margins and what is already sitting in the account. Nothing gets built before that, because an automation written without knowing repeat purchase intervals or contribution margin is a guess with a send button attached.

From there comes the automation layer: abandoned cart, browse abandonment, welcome series, post purchase, replenishment, win back and a VIP track, each mapped to how your customers actually buy rather than lifted from a generic playbook. Omnisend's automation builder handles branching well, so cart value, product category and purchase number can all change what a customer receives instead of everyone moving through the same three steps.

The campaign layer runs on top: a calendar planned around your promotional cycles and stock, segmented so the same message is not reaching your entire contact list, and tested continuously. Segmentation is where most of the gain sits. Sending more often to a properly split list produces more revenue and fewer unsubscribes than sending less often to everybody.

Reporting closes the loop with attributed revenue, automation and campaign splits, and revenue per contact rather than a screenshot of an open rate. That is what lets the programme keep scaling instead of stalling once the initial build is done.

Always On Revenue

Omnisend Automation Agency

The sequences that earn overnight, monitored and tuned rather than set and forgotten.

As an Omnisend automation agency the objective is simple: put the most relevant message in front of each customer at the moment it is most likely to work, without anyone pressing a button. Automation is what turns email from a weekly chore into infrastructure that produces revenue continuously.

Omnisend is particularly well suited to this because email, SMS and push sit inside the same workflow. A cart sequence can lead with email, wait, then escalate to SMS only for the people who did not engage, all governed by one set of rules. That coordination is difficult and expensive to replicate when the channels live in separate tools, and it is the main reason we recommend Omnisend to brands that want SMS running properly without a second vendor.

The part most agencies skip is what happens after launch. Automated does not mean finished. Offers go stale, products go out of stock, timing that worked in Q1 stops working in Q4, and a broken conditional split can leak revenue quietly for months. We monitor open, click and conversion rates on every automation and tune continuously, testing inside the sequences themselves rather than only on campaigns.

Deliverability sits underneath all of it. Sending reputation, authentication, list hygiene and engagement based suppression are managed as part of the work rather than treated as an emergency when inbox placement drops. A clean contact list that receives relevant mail is the cheapest deliverability strategy available, and it is mostly a segmentation problem rather than a technical one.

Scalable Performance

Omnisend Growth Agency

Omnisend treated as a growth engine, not a sending platform.

Focused on scalable performance, we operate as an Omnisend growth agency, which means the goal is a bigger business rather than a tidier account. Retention, repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value are the levers, and Omnisend is where they get pulled. Every automation exists to bring a customer back sooner, spend more when they do, or stay subscribed long enough to be worth reaching again.

That matters more every year, because acquisition keeps getting more expensive while retention moves the other way. Automations built this quarter keep earning next year with no additional spend attached, and the contact list compounds while the ad account does not. A store at 23% attribution and the same store at 36% are running very different businesses on identical traffic, which is exactly what the supplement account above demonstrates.

The framework is straightforward: plan against a revenue target, deploy, measure honestly, and optimise on what the data says rather than what the calendar says. That builds permanent infrastructure that grows with the brand, instead of a burst of activity that fades once attention moves elsewhere.

FAQs

Omnisend Email Marketing FAQs

The Omnisend questions we get asked most often on audit calls.

What is Omnisend email marketing?
Omnisend is a marketing platform built for eCommerce that combines email, SMS and web push in a single automation builder. It syncs your store data so messages can be triggered by what a customer actually does, such as abandoning a cart, browsing a category or placing a first order. Omnisend email marketing is using that data to send automated and scheduled messages to the right segment, rather than mailing the whole contact list the same thing.
Omnisend or Klaviyo, which should we be on?
We work in both and the honest answer is that it depends on your stage. Omnisend tends to win on price at a given contact count and on having email, SMS and push in one workflow without extra tooling. Klaviyo tends to win on depth of segmentation and reporting once the data gets complex. If you are already established on one and it is set up properly, the platform is rarely your bottleneck. The bottleneck is almost always segmentation and the automation layer, and switching tools will not fix either.
How does Omnisend integrate with Shopify?
Omnisend has a native Shopify app that syncs customers, orders, products and browsing behaviour, and it also connects to WooCommerce, BigCommerce and others. Connecting it and configuring it are two different things, though. A lot of the accounts we audit are missing key events, holding duplicate contacts, or never had the tracking enabled that makes browse abandonment work, which quietly limits what the automations can ever do.
Which Omnisend automations matter most for eCommerce?
Abandoned cart, browse abandonment, welcome series, post purchase, win back and a VIP track carry most of the revenue, with replenishment being critical if you sell consumables. What separates a strong automation layer from an average one is branching. Cart value, product category, customer lifetime value and whether it is a first or fifth order should all change what the customer receives, rather than everyone moving through an identical three step sequence.
Does Omnisend handle SMS as well as email?
Yes, and that is one of its genuine strengths. Because email, SMS and push share the same contact record and the same automation builder, you can lead with email and escalate to SMS only for people who did not engage, governed by one set of rules. That is harder and more expensive to coordinate when the channels sit in separate tools. Used carelessly it also makes it very easy to hit the same person three times in an afternoon, so the suppression logic matters more than the sending.
How often should we send Omnisend campaigns?
Two to four a week suits most 7 and 8 figure stores, but frequency on its own is the wrong question. What matters is who receives each send. Four campaigns a week to a properly segmented list produces more revenue and fewer unsubscribes than two a week to everybody, because each person only sees what is relevant to them. Raise frequency and segmentation together and both numbers improve. Raise frequency alone and you burn the list and your deliverability with it.
Can you migrate us to or from Omnisend?
Yes, in both directions, and it is a normal part of the work. The critical part is protecting sending reputation through the switch rather than starting cold and watching inbox placement collapse. That means warming properly, moving engaged segments first, and rebuilding the automation logic rather than importing a broken copy of it. A migration is also a good moment to fix the account structure problems that were limiting the old setup anyway.
Which Omnisend metrics should we actually track?
Attributed revenue as a share of total store revenue is the number that matters, and for healthy brands it sits between 30 and 40 percent. On the supplement account above it moved from 23.3% to 36.2%. After that: revenue per contact, the split between automation and campaign revenue, repeat purchase rate, and list growth net of unsubscribes. Open rate is a diagnostic, not a goal, and it has been unreliable since Apple Mail Privacy Protection landed.
